This course prepares students to pass the Federal Aviation Administration UAS Part 107 certification exam for piloting of a drone.

Class is taught face-to-face; however, an online course management system is utilized. Students will receive directions on how to log in to the course management system approximately one week before the class begins.

Dustin Jermalowicz
Dustin Jermalowicz is an FAA Part 107 licensed UAS operator and current FAA Part 61 student pilot. Based out of Midland, Dustin provides UAS services to commercial, non-profit, and government entities throughout the United States. In the past, he has worked with city municipalities, the State of Michigan, U.S. EPA, and dozens of commercial enterprises. His area of expertise comes in the field of orthomosaic mapping and scientific data collection. Dustin currently serves on the Aviation Advisory Commission for the city of Midland. In his spare time, you can find him zooming around in his Cessna 172.
