Intermediate Digital Photography

Expand and refine photography skills while fostering your passion for pictures with Intermediate Digital Photography. This course teaches students how to find success in their practice through establishing a solid workflow. Students will build skills in testing their camera's auto-focus sharpness, using auto-exposure bracketing to get desired color and exposure, adjusting white balance and ISO, using live view mode, and HDR (High Dynamic Range) and GPS (Global Positioning Satellites) remote control of camera and flash. Additional skills taught include shooting video, updating firmware, and dealing with camera error codes. Students need to bring their own a digital camera or smartphone.
